Aloha! Hope this video finds you well! If you are on a mission to learn as much about Maui Real Estate, then you have come to the right place. I have been an active full time licensed real estate broker since 2007. (Click to see Reviews) I am very passionate about all things Maui, and especially helping you discover the absolute best condos and neighborhoods to call home. Whether is be for your first Maui vacation, or your “permanent vacation” when you finally decide to settle into retirement on the best island in the world…..Maui!

The number one way that I accomplish my mission is through videos on my Youtube Channel. If you have not yet seen my neighborhood video tour of The Masters at Kaanapali please watch below, and be sure to subscribe to my channel as I am always putting out fresh content for you to enjoy….things like The Best Deals on Maui every week and vacation travel guide tips etc.

Now that you’ve seen the Masters video your, let me tell you a little bit more about why this complex has more real estate agents buying and living in this complex than any other in West Maui. (I actually right up the street in Kaanapali Hillside) The bottom line? The overall value is hard to beat in the West Maui real estate market. The combination is perched directly above the best beach and resorts in all of Maui, it is a very low density property with a true community feel (thanks to many long term residents), huge ocean views, large upscale units, year round sunsets, very well maintained and manicured, access to the beach via the “golf cart” lifestyle as well call it, gated with an on-site manager and the ability to rent your unit short term for 30 days or more are the top reasons.

The property was built in 1991, sits on 38 acres, has 36 buildings with 198 units ranging from 1-3 bedrooms and square footage from 901-2156. Pets are allowed and vacation rentals must be 30 days or more. The complex has two pools, two hot tubs, four tennis courts and sits adjacent to the Kaanapali Royal Golf course.

  1. 🌈Hire Eric as Your Personal Real Estate Agent in Hawaii. Just call or text me at 808-298-2030 🌈 Whether You are looking to buy OR sell real estate – I'd love to help. Mahalo for all the comments and views!

  2. i am an owner at the Masters and you probably know that they changed the rules. No more 30 day rentals. It's now 6 months minimum. A few bad tenants caused this change. Unfortunately.

  3. We have stayed at the Masters 3 times, Kaanapali Plantation 3 times, Napili Point 2 times, 2 times in Wailea at the old Ren before the complete redo…and once in Kihei at the Spinnaker……Nothing on Maui can compare to the views and the atmosphere at The Masters…..except for the surly nature of the woman at the office IMO. They didn't care much for us coming in with a couple of Paul's "Maui Cruisers" (Sentra hoopties) but too bad. There are some FANTASTIC deals to be had if you know where to look on the Hillside. Oh to have bought when they were in presale……that said….love your videos….great marketing on your part. If anyone reads this…..try the Masters…..nothing like breakfast on the lanai listening to the doves…..coasting down the hill to airport beach for a mid morning snorkel….back up for lunch….and a nap. Enjoying a cocktail watching the sunset between the islands as the lights come on at all of the resorts and being able to see more stars than you ever knew existed. Aloha and Mahalo.

  4. Hello from San Diego. I hope to visit Maui in this coming October. Hoping the island will be reopen back to normal. I like the rain Beautiful place. Thanks for the post. Stay safe.

  5. Thanks for this! We live in Portland OR and love the rain, this looks absolutely beautiful. We stayed in Hilo a bit a few years ago but that was too rainy really. And Kailua Kona was amazing but quite dry. Maui looks to have some really nice micro climate options
