Prior to this law if you were not vaccinated in the state of Hawaii you would have to get a negative covid test from one of the “trusted partners” 48 prior to your arrival to Hawaii.
Now with this new law, the Hawaii Travel Restriction in 2021 has been lifted for anyone who has been vaccinated anywhere in the united states.
