  1. Mike this spectacular Estate , that was brilliant idea of Solar on the roof , with still enough room for turf roof top deck ! 10 acres with your Own Waterfall? Talking about Dream Home ! The rooms all have Ocean or Waterfall Views ! Great Video !👍

  2. I know that house in Ninole on the Hamakua coast. It used to belong to the guy from backstreet boiz. Love island was filmed there a few years ago. Hawaii Big Island

  3. Lived in Hawaii for 37 years until moving to Northern California 14 years ago. This house is probably on the Bid Island on the East side of the island along the Hamakua Coast. StocktonRob

  4. The only 3 things, idk if they fixed the garage or not. Be careful on the stairs to the waterfall. Lastly, DO NOT ride the blue slide, I repeat, DO NOT ride the blue slide. 80% of the time, you will get hurt.

  5. What a terrible looking house on an amazing land. It’s worth the price just for the view and the acreage, but an immediate tear down in the house itself.

  6. This has become my new dream house. Not only are the views and waterfall to die for, but it meets absolutely everything from a sports, entertainment and hosting perspective. Keep these great videos coming. Would LOVE to see some more homes in Mauna Lani, Mauna Kea or Waikoloa Beach.

  7. That is gorgeous that's simply amazing that would be a dream come true for me and my family awesome design compliments on the Builder🙏👍

  8. Stunning place and views. 1 of a kind. Yes to the idea of solar! I was a little surprised it did not. Love the use of Travertine, very unique. I would want to add some more wood accents to make the tropical feel pop. Does it have A/C? Pool fresh water or salt? Now, where is that Winning Powerball ticket?

  9. Sorry to say but the house is an insult to the property. Just a big white box lacking character and charm. It ticks all the boxes and yet manages to miss the mark.
I believe that two of the acres are the unuseable cliff face. Before this house there was an orchard of 350 fully mature mac nut trees. They would have softened the harsh lines of this house.

  10. Wow I have slowly fell in love with his house it has everything you could possibly need there was one thing missing that would throw this house over the top definitely needs a stripper pole🥳💥

  11. Thanks for sharing Mike, the property is awesome, natural setting is none out there, i love the exterior and but house is not that nice.

  12. No offense, but this probably is the ugliest house I have seen on your channel. No charm or elegance. Looks like a WWII bunker

  13. What’s wrong with the HVAC ? The portable Home Depot units that are quite visible in many of the rooms are unsightly and are a red flag as to what else might have been missed when this fortress by the sea was designed?

  14. That piece of land is absolutely amazing. Probably the most stunning landscape/lot I've ever seen you post. That said, the house strikes me as anything but Hawaii. Very cold, ultra-modern and stark. Very odd layout as well with the bedrooms and bathrooms. I can totally appreciate the craftsmanship that went into building it, but all of the appeal of this property is the landscape itself.

  15. Fun video (thank you).
Dumb question: why are they selling? And I can’t figure out the indoor flooring – is is natural stone that’s had some sort of epoxy coating?
