10 Best Oahu, Hawaii Beaches | From Lanikai Beach to Waimea Bay to Ko Olina Lagoons to Waikiki Beach

Time to explore Oahu’s beaches! Here are our 10 favorite beaches from Lanikai Beach to the Ko Olina Lagoons to Waikiki Beach. Plus, one bonus beach cove where they film movies.

Erica, Henry, and I will take you on a drive around #Oahu to show you our favorite beaches. To make our list these beaches needed to have white or golden sand, safe surf breaks most of the year, and beautiful scenery. The water is always crystal clear so that was a no-brainer.

How do you fit these beaches into your Oahu, #Hawaii itinerary? Check out our Oahu itineraries for ways to save, tips from locals, when to make reservations, where to stay, and a step-by-step pre-travel testing video:

Where to Stay on Maui | Ka’anapali VS Wailea –

  1. Can’t wait for our trip in April! But I have a question. How do you handle all the negativity from people who have morbid things to say about traveling? I know of all the travel guidelines and regulations. But people just get so upset ☹️ What’s your advice for dealing with the negativity?

  2. We love your videos and have watched every one! I can really tell that you guys are getting into the groove and very comfortable in front of the camera. Amazing shots per usual. Thank you for the content that you guys produce and sharing your experiences with us.

  3. Can you do a best snorkel spots of Oahu/ Honolulu/ big island if you haven’t already? I loved your Maui one!

  4. I did an engagement shoot for a couple at Shark's Cove in 1999. Thanks for taking me back to that memory.

  5. Favorite beach is Bellows Beach, north of Waimanalo Bay. Lanikai would be second, especially after hiking the Pill Boxes in the morning.

  6. He mentioned many place that are not allowed to operate Airbnb or vacation rental many illegal. Please make sure it regal or not.

  7. i'm getting married in Waimea Valley this April and I'm using all your videos and blogposts to plan a fun itinerary for our family and friends. THANK YOU!!!!

  8. Hey y'all. I'm a big fan of the videos. I'm traveling to Oahu in March and would love some recommendations on some things to do that only locals know about. Could you guys help?

  9. We ended up getting an earlier flight, and got back at about 1230 EST, 0730 there, today. We loved the Waikiki Beach, Ala Moana, but for the videos, pictures, and turtles, we just loved Laniakea. The waves got me a few times, while not paying attention. The sweet volunteers that help protect the turtles at Laniakea tried to let us know they were coming in, but we didn't hear them. LOL I got soaked. We went to two others, but I forget their names. when I look at the pictures and videos, I will pull the GPS details. Sorry I missed you all.

  10. I love how every intro is a real intro into the video, you guys don’t use a cut and paste intro. Love the videos!! Hopefully we can see u guys in Maui in May/June!!

  11. We love your videos. Being from New Zealand, we can't travel to Hawaii due to covid. Your videos help so much with our 'Hawaiian hangover." I don't know if that's a term used over there but over here we use it to describe that sad feeling of having to go back to reality after a hawaiian vacation…Where the only real cure of a Hawaiian hangover is to go back.

  12. Mahalo Guys. very informative video, all beaches looks just beautiful. can't wait to visit all of them next month. We love Waimanalo beach and secret beach.

  13. Hi there. Great video!👍. About what time do you recommend getting to the beach in the morning before the large crowds come? Thank you!

  14. Do you recommend getting a jeep or it will much better to navigate in a small car ? Booked for Oahu in July.

  15. Very gorgeous beaches. Thank you. I want to go to Hawaii but it's expensive. And the pandemic is still not over. I love Hawaii.

  16. Thanks for the content guys! Moved here three weeks ago, and thanks to your multiple vids, really getting to know the island!

  17. Lanikai is breathtaking every time I see it. A really nice beach I also enjoyed is Makua beach, the mountains 🏔 backdrop is something else!
